Please read the following refund policy carefully before purchasing your ticket for the Cherry Blossom Festival 2026.
All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket has been purchased, no refund will be issued under normal circumstances.
Any refund, if applicable, will be provided solely at the discretion of the organisers of the Cherry Blossom Festival. The decision of the organisers regarding refunds will be final.
The organisers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, artist lineup, venue, timings, or other event details. Such changes will generally not qualify for a refund.
The Cherry Blossom Festival is an all-weather event. Tickets remain valid and are non-refundable in the event of rain or other normal weather conditions.
In the event that the festival is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled, any refund or alternative arrangement will be determined by the organisers and communicated to ticket holders through the official communication channels.
Refunds will not normally be provided for accidental, duplicate, or incorrect ticket purchases. Customers are requested to carefully review their ticket details before completing the purchase.
No refund will be provided if an attendee is denied entry or removed from the festival due to violation of event rules, inappropriate behaviour, or failure to comply with instructions from event staff.
